A: The person on the other end of the call probably does not have an echo cancellation microphone. In order for the process to work properly, all people within the call must have echo cancelling microphones?
Q: My ClearMic NE is not cancelling echo?
A: Make sure that the ClearMic NE is the only microphone connected. Laptops usually have an internal microphone that is always on unless you have turned it off. Try turning on/off your Mic Boost.
Q: Is there playback (speakers) on my ClearMic NE?
A: No, the ClearMic NE is a microphone only. You will need to connect external speakers to the ClearMic NE in order to hear playback.
