A: This camera connects via the USB 1.1 or above port on your computer.

Q: Do I have to have an internet connection to use this camera?
A: The camera can function without an internet connection, however video conferencing does require a connection.

Q: Does this camera have built in audio?
A: Although when installing a Microphone may be detected, this camera does not have a microphone, nor speakers, built in. We recommend having a sound card or alternate means to use audio for video conferencing.

Q: Is there support for Windows Vista?
A: At this time there are no drivers/support for Windows Vista.
