A: The Otoscope connects via analog video connection. You may need to purchase a converter such as GlobalMedia's USB Live 2.0.

Q: Do I have to have an internet connection to use this camera?
A: The Otoscope can function without an internet connection.

Q: Is there support for Mac OS X?
A: Yes this product can work on a Mac when combined with a USB Live 2.0

Q: Is there support for Windows Vista?
A: Yes this product can work on Vista when combined with a USB Live 2.0

Q: Is there support for Windows 2000?
A: At this time there are no drivers/support for Windows 2000.
